* Added support for loading .alb and .tsl files and viewing their patches.
* Included GX-100 factory.alb which is the list of user presets from the factory.
* The Settings dialog now opens MIDI ports when you click on them.
* The Settings dialog now let's you specify if you want to load and show patch names when loading MIDI user patches. It takes about 12 seconds. I made it an option so you can avoid the 12 second wait if you just want to view the temp memory patch or load by bank/patch name (i.e. U)
* Settings Dialog - Added a refresh button to reload the available midi devices.
* Settings Dialog - Added a "Disable MIDI" button to deselect and close the selected midi devices.
* The Settings Dialog and the Patch Viewers can now be closed by pressing the escape key.
* The main will come to the front if clicked on. It was previously always behind the open Patch Viewers.
* Main patch listbox is 2 columns wide.
* Updated the parameter database to support the firmware v2.0
* Added parameters for the latest effects and fixed some parameters that were out of order in the database.
